1. Returns

  • You may return items within 14days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable/digital products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please email us at shopdetaill@outlook.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately, and we will cover the return shipping.
